Project and communication

  • We confirm scope, timeline, and deliverables in writing before work starts.
  • We use clear milestones and approvals to avoid surprises.
  • We communicate via email and scheduled calls for decisions and sign-off.

Security baseline

  • Least-privilege access and credential hygiene (no shared admin passwords).
  • HTTPS, secure headers, and basic hardening are defaults for new builds.
  • We may recommend rate limiting, bot protection, backups, and monitoring.

Content and approvals

  • Clients are responsible for legal rights to logos, photos, and copy they provide.
  • We can help with copy structure and SEO, but final approval is yours.

Support and maintenance

Ongoing support (updates, monitoring, content changes) is available by subscription or hourly agreement, depending on the project.

Abuse and prohibited activity

We do not support illegal activity, harassment, malware, or attempts to compromise third-party systems. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abuse.
